UK Delivery

Charges

Shipping fine art and reproductions is not a ‘one size fits all’ operation.  Original paintings and some large items require specialist couriers and lots of insurance. Smaller reproductions, especially glass and melamine tableware, which can be sent by standard postal methods are heavy and quickly tip into higher parcel weight categories.

Where possible, delivery charges are included in the price you see next to the item.

If you are buying a mixed basket of items, the delivery charge will be based on the weight of the final parcel. A delivery charge of £10 will be added at checkout to parcels of more than 2kg.

Delivery charges for original paintings will all be added at checkout and will be individually calculated.

Timescales

I aim to pack and dispatch ‘in stock’ orders so that you receive them in 3-5 working days.

You will be notified if any of your items are out of stock. You will be offered a refund or the opportunity to wait. Some items are quick and some take around 4 weeks to manufacture. You will be offered a refund or the opportunity to wait.

Items that are made specifically to your order (it will be clear from the product page) will take between two and four weeks to arrive.

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we can discuss what is possible.

Non-UK Delivery

There will be additional shipping costs for deliveries outside the UK, please contact me so that I can give you an accurate price.

Delivery for international orders usually takes 4-14 days depending on location and will usually require a signature on receipt. Remember to check if your country imposes tariffs on overseas orders; unfortunately, it will be your responsibility to cover any additional customs charges.
